* There is no charge for this program. There is a $35 charge per overdraft item including checks, ACH items, and debits up to 5 per day. Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB reserves the right to pay or not pay any overdraft. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, or you are not making regular deposits, or you have too many overdrafts. The amount of any overdraft including the paid item and any fees shall be due and payable upon demand, but if no demand is made, no later than 30 calendar days after the creation of overdraft.
