To save time — and a few trees — sign up for E-Statements by tapping on Documents in our online banking app. With E-Statements, you can view, download, and print your statements online, 24/7. E-Statements lower your exposure to identity theft, reduce clutter, and help you get more organized.
Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB telephone banking option is available if you like to conduct your banking transactions by telephone. You can either speak to one of our friendly voices or use our automated service to check your account balance, transfer money, pay bills, and make payments. Our automated telephone banking service is available to you 24/7, just call 1-888-329-2015.
ATMs are conveniently located at all three of our full service locations in Salem, Orleans and Mitchell. Not only can you use your debit or ATM card at a Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB ATM, you can use them at other ATMs as well. And we’ll even refund up to $15 per month in fees that other ATMs might charge.
There is a $35 charge per overdraft item including checks, ACH items, and debits up to 5 per day. Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB reserves the right to pay or not pay any overdraft. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, or you are not making regular deposits, or you have too many overdrafts.
Have you ever needed to pay someone but didn’t have cash or a check with you in person or needed to make a payment to an entity you do business with? You can transfer funds electronically to a person or entity with our wire transfer service. And it goes both ways — someone can transfer funds to your bank account if you provide them with the appropriate wire instructions which can be obtained by contacting us for assistance.
Want safety and security for precious valuables you don’t want to leave at home? Get just that with our safety deposit boxes located at each of our branch locations. Store personal or business records, electronic records and hard to replace items in a safety deposit box for peace of mind and security. We’d be happy to chat with you about the types of items or documents you should be storing. Our annual fees vary by size and availability, so stop by or call us to learn more.
Couldn’t get away from work in time or missed us during normal business hours and need to make a deposit? No problem! We offer night depositories at all of our branch locations, so you can drop off your daily cash, check or credit card slips after hours. We’ll take care of it the following business day and credit them to your account.
